The Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office administers Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Kentucky. Our office works with debtors, creditors, attorneys and the Bankruptcy Court to ensure the fair and efficient administration of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy system.
